The New Generation Foundation welcomes spring

Children, it's sincerity and love in pure form. When they help, they do good just like that without even thinking about it. Unfortunately, children often need help themselves. The ""New Generation” employees know this well and always take care of their charges.

This year the foundation started spring with preparing nice surprises for the children. On February 23rd and March 8th, families from the Social Assistance Centre in Brest, who are in a difficult life situation, received gift sets from the Foundation. For 20 children from families in need, students from secondary school no. 29 and gymnasium no. 1, school supplies as well as clothes and shoes for the beginning of the spring season were purchased with the Foundation's funds. In addition, assistance was also provided to children who are unaccompanied by their parents. Maksym received a laptop from employees of the ""New Generation"" and sound equipment was purchased for the charges of the boarding school in Żabinek. Additionally, for the Special School in Brest, the foundation acquired materials to create a ""Kwiaciarnia” professional studio.

Every month, the ""New Generation"" also supports children who participate in various competitions and sports championships. Last month, the organization acted as a sponsor of the trip of students from Brest Gymnasium no. 1 and Secondary School no. 2 in Luninec to the Baltic Science and Technology Contest held in St. Petersburg and the Open Olympics in Programming in Moscow.

The Foundation's talented students have already delighted us with their achievements more than once. Recently, 11-year-old Sasa won a silver and bronze medal at the national championships in fast chess and blitz, among girls under 18. Another resident of Brest, Dima Makarewicz, became the country champion in chess for boys up to 8 years old. Besides, during the Republican Open Tournament ""Ostrza Polesia"" in fencing, players from Brest won four bronze and three silver medals.
