Videotolling is an automatic road toll collection system based on number plate recognition (ANPR) technology. A camera reads the vehicle’s number plate at the toll gate, and the toll charge is automatically assigned to the registered vehicle and settled on the spot without the use of cash or a card.

The system identifies the vehicle based on its registration number. The driver uses a dedicated lane, stops for a few seconds, and once the number plates have been read, the barrier lifts automatically. The entire process is digital.

The toll charge is automatically settled via the E100 fuel card. The driver does not make a payment at the toll gate – the transaction appears in the Customer Portal.

• Log in to the Customer Portal.
• In the menu on the left, select the “Road Tolls” section
• In the “Road Tolls” section, select the “Videotolling” option, then click on the A1 or A2 motorway.
• Once you have navigated to the selected section, a table will be displayed containing a list of your vehicles, their country of registration, the fuel cards assigned to them, and the current service status.
• To activate Video Tolling for a specific vehicle, tick the checkbox in the “Videotolling” column next to the selected vehicle.

The vehicle’s status in the “Status” column will then change to “Active”.

The service is usually activated within 15 minutes.

Yes. In the Customer Portal, you can assign any number of registration numbers according to your fleet’s needs.

The service is currently available on the concession section of the A2 between Poznań and Konin (Wielkopolska Motorway). Expansion to further sections is planned for a later stage.

Yes. Videotolling operates on the concession section of the A2 between Poznań and Konin (Wielkopolska Motorway).

The service is available between Poznań and Konin, on:

• Nagradowice Toll Plaza
• SPO Słupca
• Lądek Toll Station

It does not cover the entire A2 section in Poland – only the concession section.

Video tolling is available at:

• PPO Nagradowice
• SPO Słupca
• Lądek PPO

At PPO Nagradowice and PPO Lądek, the two outermost left-hand lanes are operational (for both directions).

At SPO Słupca, there is one far-left lane (for both directions).

The video toll lanes are always on the left-hand side of the toll plaza:

• PPO Nagradowice – the two outermost left-hand lanes (in both directions)
• Lądek Toll Plaza – the two outermost left-hand lanes (for both directions)
• SPO Słupca – one far-left lane (for both directions)

Dedicated lanes are marked with:

• orange arrows and a camera symbol on the road
• a camera icon above the gantry
• a crossed-out cashier symbol

The markings are visible both before entering the lane and directly above the gantry.

No. To use the video toll system, you must only use the lane marked with the camera symbol.

Yes. The service is available in both directions at the indicated toll plazas and toll stations.

Yes. Video tolling operates around the clock at the designated A2 toll gates.

The cost of the journey is in line with the current price list of the concession operator, Autostrada Wielkopolska. Videotolling does not change the rate – it is simply a convenient payment method.

Yes. The service is also available for lorries, provided the vehicle registration number has been registered in the system beforehand.
