The truck caught fire from the accident. A 31-year-old driver died

On 14 November 2018 a serious accident occurred near Brandenburg which resulted in one of the cars catching fire. In the accident, a Belarusian citizen, an E100 driver, died.

The event took place on the A2 motorway. According to the German media, four cars collided at the same time and the truck caught fire. A citizen of Belarus was behind the wheel of the car. The deceased had a wife and a five-year-old daughter. The family of the deceased received financial assistance from the E100 Family project in the amount of 2,000 euros.
